Constant homeless camping/bicycles/litter throughout the north east area of Tingley field. Needs more police presence or mobile video surveillance. Have seen numerous occasions of drug use, or the same people using the park as a personal bathroom. The trash/drug paraphernalia is getting out of controll and this a daily complaint, with the same people in the same location DAILY. Needs to be addressed and forwarded to city admin.

I already called 242-COPS. But please forward this to our City administrators, because frankly we are under siege. The Reynolds neighborhood is overrun with lowlifes, tecatos, and thieves. They are everywhere: in our parks, in our alleys watching us come and go, and in our yards. This is our second break-in in two months. We are being targeted. City of Albuquerque, hear me plea, HELP US!!!!!

If we all know shoes hanging from electric lines means illegal activity or drug sales.
Why can't we get this property cleaned up.
There is trash and clearly something going on .
Whether it's drugs or stolen bikes .can we get this property taken care of?

I am again requesting a 4way stop at 10th and Lead. Early Sunday morning a driver crashed through my yard. This intersection is dangerous and the news has been out twice now due to the ongoing issues here. I don't think that an additional two stop signs is an outrageous request. Something has to be done about it. What more needs to happen, how much more damage, how many more accidents before the City realizes the issue? Please don't disregard the requests of the neighborhood. Thank you for your time.

This vehicle is part of a homeless camp and the people using drugs all over the neighborhood. I understand the struggles of homelessness, but the fact that these people are spewing trash all over our neighborhood is not going to be tolerated. They need a place to park n stay i get that, but they also need to get a move on. This is ridiculous and when the wind picks up, the trash blows everywhere. The City NEEDS to get these vehicles out.

person has been camping the past couple of nights. this is located behind the 1203 iron condos, just across the alleyway - also behind the 1200 coal apartments.

Over the hears I've submitted several complaints about this building and nothing has been done. There are always homeless people living back there, garbage and furniture being thrown. I've never seen anything done to address this problem. At this point there's several different men that go hang out back there and do drugs. It's gotten so bad that they're now breaking into the houses nearby, and threatening homeowners as well as people that pass by. It's making everyone in the area feel unsafe, and like they can't go to work, because they fear that their homes will be broken into, or that they will be assaulted. At this point given we've filed so many complaints with no result, it's very disappointing. We shouldn't have to constantly call the cops to ensure these men are chased away. If there's anyway the city can work out a permanent solution with the property owner that would be great. I'd reach out myself but the building is currently not in use, it may be abandoned.

The people in my neighborhood have been dealing with drug encampments since the past January in Tingly Ballpark. There have been cars parked in the Zoo parking lot after the Zoo has closed. The car currently parked is an older Cadillac. There are also 'look out cars' parked in the Ball Park parking lot, sometimes at the south end of the lot and/or someone parked on the north side. We have routinely called 242-cops and know that the Police have to witness the activity in order to have reasonable cause to search. Finding syringes in the Park as well as in our alley has become routine. I did send an email to a person on the Zoo board regarding the Zoo lot being used for drug trafficking. We have repeatedly had to call to get them out of the park at night. They are equipped with signal lights at night as well as steady bike traffic going to and from the group.

In the park directly across the street from the Dolores Gonzales Elementary School and the ABQ Zoo there are people shooting up. Children play in this park every day, and are surrounded by very questionable characters, not to mention the needles and other trash they throw everywhere. We have a problem here with a growing presence of addicts living in the park. Is the City of Albuquerque so overwhelmed that it cannot dedicate a police presence to this area?

Alley of 1006 Coal Ave SW (between 10th & 11th Sts). This couch was dumped here last week. I have left two complaints on this site already. This particular spot is a constant dumping place for old furniture and appliances. It is also a hangout for junkies and other unsavory characters. Now they are making into a living room of sorts, perhaps someone will provide them with a refrigerator and a big-screen TV. It has also become littered, as per the image attached. Please, help!

Yesterday while walking my dogs in Tingly Ball Park I found a man and a woman sitting on the hill Visible from Stover Ave. The woman had a tourniquet tied around her leg and the man with a needle in his hand appeared to be searching for a vein. This is an every day occurrence. We have been calling 242-cops since January when the drug camp first appeared. Our eye witness accounts do not factor in for reasonable cause to search. The police have to witness the activity. The people who use drugs know the rule so do not have to worry if we see them. In addition to a well organized camp they have at least one look out car every day parked in the north side of Tingly Ball Park parking lot. We have mostly seen an older model dark blue Jeep and a small white/silver car in the 'look out' site. We have a new White Cadillac as well as newer model cars park, a well nourished man leaves his car and goes to the drug camp for a few minutes gets back in his car and drive away. The bike traffic is constant going to and from the drug camp. We have been told that there isn't anything we can do about it. Calling 242-cops just gets our location an increase in call numbers to identify it as needing more Police Coverage. Since the Police have their hands tied and cannot do anything about it and we have our hands tied it appears that the solution we have is to live with it! I have advocated for two hour no loitering zones in our parks and no loitering in our alleys as well as drug sniffing dogs. It would at least be a start to make our parks less inviting. Even if they changed to work in shifts it would would still be doing something! It is not this bad in every city.
