    Several times a week waste management picks up around Quick Trip, Express Oil Change, AJs, Shake Shack area - they picked up this morning at 4:40am!!! First you hear the beeping, then the crashing. It wakes up the whole neighborhood. Calling non ER number would be a waste of time, they would be gone before my call ended. Please take care of this issue, it has been ongoing
