    I was walking west on the walking path and the dog was loose on Hope High Schools property when he saw my dog and I. The dog ran across Hope's soccer field, under the fence to EG Ross Elementary and then under the fence and across the arroyo to harass my dog and I. I pulled out my phone and started recording it. I won't turn my back on the dog because this dog bit my previous dog when we tried walking away. I reported this several days ago on https://www.cabq.gov/pets/report-an-aggressive-dog and have received NO RESPONSE. This dog has literally been harassing me and my dogs for years. It BIT my last dog and still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Two times ago, it nipped my new dog. The owners then came out and tried to get control of their dog but could not. They CAN NOT control their own dog. When I shouted twice (over the dogs barking) that their dog nipped my dog, they absolutely ignored me. Why isn't this being addressed??????

    The Dam area next to the dog park needs a couple dog waste bag dispensers on TOP of the dam. LOTS of people walk their dogs up there but there are no dispensers in the area. One one each end would be VERY helpful. (One on North end and one on the South end)

    The street lamp on the corner of Louisiana Blvd. NE and Ranchitos NE is out and the bulb needs to be replaced. I walk after work and due to the sun going down early it's hard to walk with not street lights. Thanks very much!

    Due to the limited parking in the new and crowded North Domingo Baca soccer fields people park on the street, on Carmel. Unfortunately Carmel is EXTREMELY narrow and makes travel on this BUSY street dangerous. There is a field across the street from the soccer field that is available (for now) for the overflow. PLEASE post NO PARKING signs along the street of Carmel between Wyoming and Louisiana. This is causing congestion and dangerous situations every weekend.
