This happens every day on Gedulding Street and Crestview Drive. They illegally park in front of fire hydrants, they block driveways and they park facing the wrong direction. The north end of Bridgeport has been complaining about this for five years and it would be simple for police early in the morning on the weekend, and after 5 PM on any weekday to go on Gedulding Street and Crestview Avenue and ticket but the police won’t do anything. Nor will the mayors office or Sacred Heart. Hard-working taxpayers in the north end of Bridgeport continue to get shafted by Sacred Heart and the mayors office and the mayor’s police department. We have also been complaining for over five years that for people who have to ride the bus, cars are constantly parked in the bus stop on the corner of Madison Avenue and Leslie Road. We have asked that it be marked off better. We have asked that the police come and ticket and nothing gets done five years later! Buses are 30 to 35 feet long and need that clearance to pull into the sidewalk. Has a text this. There is a small black SUV again, blocking the buses ability to pull into the sidewalk! so if you’re a hard-working, taxpayer in Bridgeport, you can bend over and put your hands on your tush because you’re going to get nothing from the city of Bridgeport! Sacred Heart students do what they want, when they want, how they want! No consequences, and they know it that’s why they do it!
